Bass fishing is back on track after Hurricane Irma. Our guides are catching 25-40 bass on 4-hour trips and 60+ on 8-hour trips. Fish weighing 6-8 lbs. have been caught daily on wild shiners.
The tournament anglers are catching quality limits early in the day on silver/blue black rattle traps in 6-8 ft. of water over submerged grass beds. Bigger fish are being caught in 4-6 ft. of water in thicker vegetation working top water frogs or a slow dark color Senko.
Running water at the locks in the Kissimmee River has produced fish almost daily and some big girls at that!
