Captain Brad Gibson is catching some of the biggest crappie of his life this year, with good numbers in the mix as well. Trips have caught several crappie over 1 1/2 lbs with some catching fish in the 2 lb range as well.
Trips have averaged 30-75 crappie depending on how long the trip is.
As the water slowly starts to warm up look for the crappie bite to slowly start decreasing, so if you want to crappie fish now is the time to go.
