Lake Okeechobee has still been fishing good even with some cold fronts and high winds. Even though some fronts really slow things down they actually create better fishing as more and more big fish start moving into the grass for the annual spawn.
Captain Scott Kerslake has had great success with live bait fishing and reports the bigger fish are really starting to move in. Check out the picture below with a great family outing. Although they didn’t land a giant Lake Okeechobee bass they caught good numbers.
