With most of the United States getting bitterly cold temperatures the duck migration south is in full swing. Most trips are starting off with some great first light shooting with some trips shooting limits of ducks within the first hour. Afternoon hunts have been just as good as the morning hunts and sometimes better with birds flying into roost.
We have managed to bag Ringnecks, Blue Wing Teal, Florida Mallards (Mottled Duck), and have spoken with fellow hunters that managed to bag Canvasbacks, Pintails, and Blue Bills. Lake Okeechobee has been holding a large variety of species.
It has still been warm here in Okeechobee but with the snow falling up north the ducks should continue to show up for some time, and the numbers of hundreds should continue to grow with bag limits getting filled daily.
Duck Trip Price has changed to a flat $175 per hunter for either morning or afternoon hunts. Give us a call to book that once in a lifetime trip with two of the best duck guides on Lake Okeechobee. Check out some of the most recent satisfied customers
