Lake Okeechobee has really been fishing well as of late, although the wind has been fairly strong some days we have still managed to catch fish in almost every area of the lake. We have fished from Henry Creek all the way around the north end down to the west corner at Harney Pond. The artificial bite has been good but the live bait bite has been hard to beat for both size and numbers.
On a recent trip I took my wife and the newest member of our family Gunner. Gunner is our chocolate lab and got to experience his first encounter with a Lake Okeechobee bass.
