It’s like clock work, everytime the nights get a little cooler the fish become more active and the recent trips have enjoyed some great catches. Lake Okeechobee is really just starting to heat up with big fish crushing top water. It’s hard to beat a giant Lake Okeechobee bass coming out of the water to eat a frog swimming across grass lines.
If you have ever wanted to catch some big Lake Okeechobee bass now is the time to come do it. Check out some pictures below from a recent tournament we put on, also check out the 10.8 lb giant I caught (if this fish would have been caught in the spring time she would have pushed over 12 lbs.
