Wayne, Brett, and Jeremy came down to Lake Okeechobee looking for a little get away. We set these guys up with 6 half days of fishing. We caught many fish during the trip and shared lot’s of memories and of course had many laughs. This was a very special trip for myself and my brother because Brett is a very young man with a rare form of cancer. We did everything we could to accommodate the Dunham family and we just wanted to create memories for the entire family.
After 4 days of decent fishing (15-25 fish per trip), I took the family out for the last afternoon and we couldn’t have ended it any better then we did. Wayne, Brett, and Jeremy all caught the biggest bass of their lives. The best part of this was that all these fish came within a 10 minute span. Brett caught a 6 + lb bass, Wayne followed it up by catching a 7 (1/2) lb bass, Jeremy then caught 2 bass back to back that were right at the 5 lb mark.
This was a fantastic trip, with a great group of people that will always be in my prayers. Check out some pictures below and just remember that we should all live for today because tomorrow is not given.
